Walking into a boxing gym for the first time is intimidating for almost everyone. Here is the honest truth: nobody is watching you, everybody started where you are, and Coach Oumpie has welcomed thousands of first-timers who had never thrown a punch.
What to bring
- Comfortable training gear and proper trainers
- A water bottle and a small towel

How the session runs
You will warm up, learn or sharpen the basics — stance, guard and footwork — then work the pads and bags at your own pace. We build movement and footwork first, because everything in boxing is built on them.
You set the intensity
There is no sparring on day one and no pressure. You go as hard as you want. Most people leave their first session buzzing — and a little surprised at how much fun it was.
