Returns & Exchanges

Get the right kit on your hands. Here's how returns and sizing swaps work — no runaround.

Fair Deal

If your gear is faulty, damaged, or just the wrong size, we'll make it right with an exchange, replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition for sizing exchanges.

What Qualifies

Wrong size

Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags still on can be exchanged for a different size, subject to stock.

Faulty or damaged

Gear that arrives faulty or damaged will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Wrong item sent

If you received a different product or quantity from what you ordered, we sort it at our cost.

Used or worn gear

For hygiene reasons, hand wraps, mouthguards, and worn or washed apparel cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

    WhatsApp us on 067 603 5511 with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.

  2. 2

    Send a quick photo of the item and its tags where relevant.

  3. 3

    We'll confirm and tell you whether to courier it back or drop it at the gym.

  4. 4

    Approved exchanges and refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are paid back by EFT within 5–10 business days once we've received and checked the item. Exchanges are dispatched within 2 business days of approval, subject to stock.
