The Discipline Carries Into School & Life

The focus a child builds on the bag does not stay in the gym. Showing up, listening, trying again after a miss — these become quiet habits that show up in the classroom, at home and in how they carry themselves.

We are not here to make every kid a fighter. We are here to help them stand a little taller, handle pressure a little better, and burn off energy the right way — under the eye of a coach who genuinely cares.

What should my child bring?

Just comfortable workout clothes, takkies and a water bottle. We provide gloves and all the gear they need to get started — no kit to buy on day one.

Is it safe? Is there contact?

Yes, it is safe. Sessions are fully coach-supervised and start non-contact, progressing to controlled, age-appropriate work only when a child is ready. Safety and respect come first, always.

What ages do you take?

We welcome kids from age 6 to 17, grouped by age and stage — Cubs, Juniors and Lions — so every child trains alongside peers at the right level.

How do we get started?
